Global Sector Strategist, Grains & Oilseeds within Rabobank’s Food & Agribusiness Research (RaboResearch F&A) | the Netherlands
Stefan has a wealth of market research and corporate strategy experience and is responsible for fundamental market analysis and price forecasting of agri commodities. In addition, as Global Sector Strategist, Grains & Oilseeds he leads the bank’s research in this sector and advises clients on sector trends and strategic implications.
Prior to joining Rabobank Stefan has worked in different agricultural market research and strategy positions, including Head of Economics Department of ADM Germany (former Toepfer International) and Director of Market Research & Business Analytics of Archer Daniels Midland in the US. Stefan also was Vice President of the European Grain Trading association and a member of the EU Commission’s Expert Group on Agricultural Commodity Derivatives and Spot Markets.
Stefan holds a Diploma (equivalent to Master’s Degree) in Agricultural Economics from the University of Giessen in Germany.

She represents Turkey at the brokerage category in GAFTA Black Sea Desk Committee. Her company MPM is both FOSFA and GAFTA approved broker.

Svitlana has 17 years of experience in agri media and agribusiness consulting and media, and she has a wide network of agri industry contacts in Eastern European countries as well as in the Middle East, China and India. For 10+ year Svitlana was a marketing director of APK-Inform, one of the most significant agri media and consulting companies in Eastern Europe. APK-Inform produces wide range of agribusiness periodicals, as well as market research services and big industry events (conferences). Svitlana was responsible for sales strategy of the company, developing new markets and services, for guiding key clients of the agency; she was a producer of international events of APK-Inform (Middle East Grain Congress, Oilseeds&Oils etc). Also, in 2016-2019 Svitlana was co-founder and Secretary-General of the International Sunflower Oil Association (ISOA). Svitlana is also working as a columnist (making regular publications about main agribusiness trends for Eastern European and international media). Also, she is a frequent speaker for numerous international agribusiness events in China, India, USA, Turkey, Egypt, etc. She is a member of ESOMAR (the leading international organization for market research specialists) and the International Federation of Agricultural Journalists.

Todor started his career in agricultural commodities trading in 2015 as a Junior Trader in Glencore Grain Bulgaria and quickly moved up the ranks to lead the company’s business in what is nowadays Viterra Bulgaria.
Throughout the last 6 years, Todor enhanced Viterra’s position as a market leader in Bulgaria and had an impactful role in building an effective local marketing structure in line with the global transformation goals of the company over the last several years. His prior work experience includes 4 years as a Management Consultant with KPMG Bulgaria and Business Development Manager roles with IT and metals trading companies in Bulgaria.
Todor is a member of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Association of Grain and Fodder Traders (BAGFT). He holds an MSc degree in Management, Organisations and Governance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc degree in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University, Italy.
