Ms. Emily French is an experienced trader, analyst, broker and presently the founder & managing director of ConsiliAgra. Her passion for agriculture started early-childhood on a farm in north Idaho through earning a degree in Agricultural Business at Washington State University to starting her professional career with Cargill. Following Cargill, Ms. French worked for the U.S. Grains Council and World Perspectives in Washington, DC. She shifted to investment banking and OTC markets with National Australia Bank and Macquarie Bank. In early 2009, Emily left Macquarie to form ConsiliAgra – a brokerage and strategy group covering the world agricultural commodity markets, specializing in grain and oilseeds. Clients include flour mills, feed mills, ethanol plants, hedge funds, crush plants and investment banks. When not on an airplane, Ms. French resides in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest and can always be reached at: efrench@consiliagra.com

Eric is part of the Agricultural team based in London, involved in managing the agricultural contracts including CBOT wheat, corn, soybean, and soymeal futures and options, and developing new European hedging tools such as Black Sea Wheat and Corn futures. Eric’s recent previous roles include Head of Commodity Markets at NYSE Liffe, and interim CEO of Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX).

Zlatomir is a Senior Trader of grains at Cargill Bulgaria and since 2018 he has been the chairman of the Bulgarian Association of Grain and Feed Traders – member of COCERAL. Aside of his commercial position, he is also member of the Board of Cargill Bulgaria. He joined Cargill as a Commercial Management Trainee 7 years ago and since then he has taken various positions on grains and oilseeds trading. Zlatomir is a graduate of International Management from University of Bath. He also took part in the Economic Forum of Young Leaders and Harvard Business School Affiliate Programme. His passion is travelling and he is also an avid skier.

Thomas Deevy is a risk manager working for Cerealcom Dolj, one of Romania’s largest domestic agriculture producer/traders. Thomas works with both the Cerealcom team and their clients base to provide mutually beneficial margin management solutions and increasingly developing new sales. “In my view, the Black Sea continues to be one of the fastest growing agricultural markets in the world, Cerealcom has been at the forefront of Ag innovation in Romania and is therefore perfectly placed to supply quality commodities to both EU and MENA consumers.” Prior to relocating to Romania, Thomas was a commodity risk manager at INTL FCStone, working with a wide client base of Black Sea and European producers / consumers.

Dmitry Rylko graduated in 1983 with distinguished diploma from the Moscow State University, economic faculty. Post graduation of the Institute of World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO), Russian Academy of Sciences.
From 2001 occupies the position of the general director (and then a principal owner) of the Institute for Agricultural Market Studies (IKAR). IKAR is the leading private domestic agbiz infocentric institution. It provides daily, weekly, monthly situation and outlook reports on the domestic and international agricultural market, as well as develops strategic market reports. The company has held devoted pages at ThomsonReuters and Bloomberg. From 2010 IKAR has been the member of the global AgriBenchmark project.
Among his other numerous activities, in 2017-18 he served as an independent member of BoD of NKHP (biggest domestic grain export terminal located in Novorossiysk). From 2017 till present he is an independent member of BoD of Agroholding Steppe (major Russian ag producer, 350 THA arable land).
