Serkan Kayıkçı is a trader of grains, feedstuffs, oilseeds and oils and managing partner at Cosecha Yem ve Tarım Ürünleri Tic.A.Ş., Turkey
Born on February 20, 1981, in Bursa, Turkey, Serkan spent his early education journey in his hometown. He went on to graduate from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Business Administration at Selçuk University, in 2003. He furthered his educational credentials with a master's degree in Management and Organization from Adana Science and Technology University, Social Sciences Institute in 2016.
Serkan stepped into the professional world in 2005 with Matlı Yem A.Ş., where he honed his skills in the foreign trade department, accumulating considerable knowledge in foreign trade operations, customs regulations, and international trade matters. He held the position of Foreign Trade Operations Manager, directing all facets of foreign trade operations until 2012.
In 2012, he partnered with Promaks Tarım Tic.A.Ş., a subsidiary of the Ofis Yem Group, along with Prograin companies based in Russia, overseeing all foreign import-export operations and trade affairs as the Trade Manager. His expertise expanded beyond the feed industry into sectors such as vegetable oilseed and oil industry, and the starch industry when he joined the Sunar Group. As the Purchasing Manager, he oversaw all import and local procurement activities.
Returning to Matlı A.Ş., one of Turkey's leading feed companies, in 2017, Serkan took on the role of Trade Manager, managing the domestic and international supply chain until 2023. As of 2023, he is a partner at Cosecha Yem ve Tarım Ürünleri Tic.A.Ş.
In his leisure time, Serkan enjoys outdoor sports, swimming, and reading books. He is also a proud father to a beautiful daughter.
